UncommonPursuit
We are three Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who came together after more than a decade of witnessing the same story unfold—families searching for support, only to be met with age limits, high minimum hour requirements, and service models that felt too rigid for real life. We knew families needed more than a standard approach; they needed care that recognized their unique stories.
So we built something different—something unconventional.
Our approach is built on flexibility, individuality, and integrity. We believe ABA should meet people where they are, not the other way around. That means offering support across all stages of life. It means designing services that adapt to your schedule, your goals, and your priorities. And most importantly, it means fostering growth through collaborative, neuro-affirming, value-based care.
And because meaningful relationships are at the heart of meaningful progress, we’ve deliberately chosen to stay small. We’re not interested in scaling, franchising, or becoming a therapy factory where operations dictate clinical decisions. Our priority is to remain a close-knit, hands-on team so every person we work with receives the time, presence, and individualized attention they deserve. Growth for us isn’t about getting bigger—it’s about getting deeper.
With a shared passion for innovation and a deep understanding of the diverse ways people learn, we are committed to redefining what high-quality ABA can look like—unique, unbound, and unwavering.
Welcome to an Unscripted ABA experience. We’re glad you’re here.

After 12 years in the field, Lindsey knew families deserved an ABA model that truly fit real life—not rigid schedules or one-size-fits-all programs. That belief became the starting point for Unscripted. She brought together colleagues who felt the same, and together they built a small, intentional practice centered on flexibility, connection, and care that honors each family’s story.
Lindsey is a BCBA with a strong clinical foundation shaped by her undergraduate and graduate training in behavior analysis at the University of North Texas. Her experience spans children ages 18 months to 17 years across home, school, clinic, community, and nonprofit settings. She has extensive background in complex behavior support, trauma-informed care, and supporting children with medical complexities.
While she values all aspects of her work, her true passion lies with early learners—helping young children build the foundational communication, social, and learning skills that support long-term growth.
As a leader and mentor, Lindsey is passionate about shaping thoughtful, skilled clinicians. She’s known for training teams to think flexibly, respond compassionately, and prioritize relationships over rigid protocols—exactly the kind of care Unscripted was built to deliver.
